Jorge Artieda is a Hispanic attorney with over 20 years of experience and the founder of Artieda Law PC. He focuses on immigration, family, and criminal defense and dedicates his career to protecting those who need it most.
Before standing up for his clients, Jorge worked on the other side — as a Prosecutor for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a legal advisor for DHS in Washington, D.C., helping shape immigration policy and a federal and New York City criminal prosecutor. That insider experience gave him a deep understanding of how the system works — how prosecutors think, how policies are made, and what strategies move cases forward.
Today, he runs his firm with a hands-on, honest, and practical approach. He speaks his clients’ language — in Spanish and clear, straightforward terms — and fights each case with strategy and heart.
